HIIT 55 is a total body workout with each session being 55 minutes long, you will go through 20 fun and challenging stations where your heart rate will be displayed on an easy to see screen as you train. This is not only a great way to keep you motivated as you train but it's to ensure that you get the best results from each and every session.
