WHAT TO EXPECT IN A WORKOUT
When you arrive for your HIIT 55 class you will be given a heart rate monitor and once paired up with this monitor we will get started.
HIIT 55 is a total body workout with each session being 55 minutes long, you will go through a variety of challenging stations where your heart rate and calories will be displayed on an easy to see screen as you train. This is not only a great way to keep you motivated as you train but it's to ensure that you get the best results from each and every session.
Once the class is over the iPad will send all of your results to your Polar app where you can track your fitness levels as you go.
