Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we focus on lifting weights, we will focus on this program for 12 weeks before we change the exercises, this is to allow you have time to learn the correct lifting techniques and also allow your body adapt to get stronger in these movements. Lifting weights will not only improve your health and make you feel strong/toned but it will also help get you lean fast along side a healthy eating plan.
